Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Toss butternut squash with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven until the squash is tender and lightly browned, about 20 to 30 minutes. Toss in the peas and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt to taste if needed.
