Buffalo Pizza Bagels

Ingredients

  • 4 Asiago bagels cut in half
  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lb Ground chicken
  • 8 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce or more if needed
  • 4 oz Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 tbsp Crumbled blue cheese
  • Fresh parsley garnish
  • 2 stalks Celery cut into sticks
  • 4 tbsp Ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven broiler on low.
  • Lightly toast the bagels.
  • Heat the oil in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Saute the chicken in the pan while breaking it up into smaller pieces until it is no longer pink and cooked through. Then set aside.
  • Spread the buffalo wing sauce onto the bagels. Top with chicken, mozzarella, and blue cheese.
  • Lay on a foiled-lined baking sheet and place under the broiler until melted and golden brown, rotating the pan every few minutes. (Keep a watchful eye while using the broiler.)
  • Garnish with parsley. Serve with celery sticks and ranch.
