Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In an appropriately sized baking dish mix the broccoli, broth, heavy cream, butter, cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to distribute the ingredients evenly within the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and spread the breadcrumbs over top. Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
