Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- Pinch Salt
- 1 cup Brioche bread cut into cubes (about 1 slice of bread per portion)
Glaze
- 1/4 tsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin (if making individual portions) with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in the bread and coat well. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center is set but still a little wobbly and edges of bread have browned. Cool for 5 minutes.
- For the glaze: whisk the milk and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the bread pudding.
