Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Brioche bread cut into cubes (about 1 slice of bread per portion)

Glaze

  • 1/4 tsp Milk
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin (if making individual portions) with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in the bread and coat well. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center is set but still a little wobbly and edges of bread have browned. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • For the glaze: whisk the milk and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the bread pudding.
