Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin (if making individual portions) with nonstick spray.
In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in the bread and coat well. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center is set but still a little wobbly and edges of bread have browned. Cool for 5 minutes.
For the glaze: whisk the milk and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the bread pudding.
