Ingredients
- 6 oz Bacon depending on size aboUt 2 to 3 slices per potion
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 cups Baby spinach
- 4 slices Beefsteak Tomatoes substitute regular tomato
- 2 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Place the bacon in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy. Then set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
- Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
- Layer the sandwich with spinach, tomato, bacon, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
