BLT Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Bacon depending on size aboUt 2 to 3 slices per potion
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 cups Baby spinach
  • 4 slices Beefsteak Tomatoes substitute regular tomato
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Place the bacon in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy. Then set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
  • Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
  • Layer the sandwich with spinach, tomato, bacon, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
