Ingredients

Mini Waffles

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 TBSP Granulated sugar
  • 1 TBSP Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ cups Milk
  • 2 TBSP Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Toppings

  • Mixed berries
  • Nutella spread
  • Banana sliced
  • Whipped cream
  • Maple syrup

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine.
  • Grease the waffle iron with non-stick spray or a little melted butter. Spoon 1 to 2 TBSP of batter into each well.
  • Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy, usually about 3-5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter until all the waffles are cooked.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Once the waffles are ready, top with your favorite toppings, nutella, banana, berries, syrup, etc.
  • Serve the waffles with coffee.
