Ingredients
- 4 Pita bread
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli roast beef
- 4 tbsp Feta cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickles halved
Sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Cucumber chopped
- 2 tbsp Red onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Red bell pepper chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients for the sauce into a blender. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Warm the pita on both sides in a pan over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds per side.
- Layer the pita with spring mix, tomato, drizzle the sauce, beef, and top with feta. Fold in half and serve with chips and pickles.
