Ingredients
- 12 oz deli roast beef
- 4 whole wheat wraps 8 inch
- 4 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 6 oz Green cabbage shredded
- 1 Carrots shredded
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 pickles sliced in half
- 4 oz Corn chips Frito's or comparable brand
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the cabbage, carrot, white vinegar and honey.
- Spread the bbq sauce on the wrap and layer with roast beef, cheese, and cabbage mixture.
- Fold in the ends of the tortilla and roll up. Cut in half and serve with a side of pickle and corn chips.
