Ingredients
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Green cabbage shredded
- 2 tbsp Carrots shredded
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Yellow mustard as needed
- 1 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
- 4 oz Deli roast beef
- 2 Sub rolls lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup Pickles sliced into thin rounds
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Toss in the cabbage and carrot, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- In a sauce pan on low medium heat mix the ketchup, worchestershire sauce, mustard, and buffalo sauce until warmed through and fully combined.
- Toss the beef in the sauce until warmed through. Lightly toast the rolls.
- Place the beef on the roll, top with the cabbage mixture. Serve with sliced pickles and chips.
