BBQ Beef Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Green cabbage shredded
  • 2 tbsp Carrots shredded
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Yellow mustard as needed
  • 1 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
  • 4 oz Deli roast beef
  • 2 Sub rolls lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cup Pickles sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Toss in the cabbage and carrot, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • In a sauce pan on low medium heat mix the ketchup, worchestershire sauce, mustard, and buffalo sauce until warmed through and fully combined.
  • Toss the beef in the sauce until warmed through. Lightly toast the rolls.
  • Place the beef on the roll, top with the cabbage mixture. Serve with sliced pickles and chips.
