Instructions
- Start by brewing coffee using your preferred method.
- While the coffee is brewing, slice the bagels in half and lightly toast them. You can use a toaster or place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until they are slightly crispy.
- Spread garlic herb cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagels.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or cooking oil.
- Add the eggs into the skillet and move them around in the pan until cooked and no longer runny. Season the eggs with salt and pepper while cooking.
- Prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Serve the bagels with eggs and coffee.
