Ingredients

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Bagel

  • 2 Your choice of bagel
  • 4 TBSP Garlic herb cream cheese

Eggs

  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • Butter or cooking oil for frying eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by brewing coffee using your preferred method.
  • While the coffee is brewing, slice the bagels in half and lightly toast them. You can use a toaster or place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until they are slightly crispy.
  • Spread garlic herb cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagels.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or cooking oil.
  • Add the eggs into the skillet and move them around in the pan until cooked and no longer runny. Season the eggs with salt and pepper while cooking.
  • Prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the bagels with eggs and coffee.
  • Enjoy your delightful breakfast!
