Ingredients

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener
  • Ice cubes

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagel

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted

Berries

  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per instructions above.
  • Brew coffee to your liking and refrigerate to cool.

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagel

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it's crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • Heat the butter in a nonstick pan. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are firm then flip over and cook for 30 seconds longer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Top with cheese and cover with a lid until melted.
  • Toast the bagel. Place the bacon and eggs onto the bagel. Cut in half.
  • Add ice cubes to a glass, pour in cooled coffee and add creamer and sweetener to your liking.
  • Wash and gently dry the mixed berries. Set them in a bowl.
  • Serve the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast bagels alongside the fresh mixed berries and your iced coffee. Enjoy!
