Ingredients
- 2 cups Asparagus cut into 1 inch spears
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
Instructions
- Trim 1 inch off the bottom of the asparagus and discard, then cut the rest into 1 inch long spears diagonally.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add in the garlic, asparagus, and mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms and asparagus are tender to your liking. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
