Instructions
Trim 1 inch off the bottom of the asparagus and discard, then cut the rest into 1 inch long spears diagonally.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add in the garlic, asparagus, and mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms and asparagus are tender to your liking. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
