Ingredients

  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 1 cup Grape tomatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp Red onion sliced paper thin
  • 4 tbsp Creamy Italian dressing
  • 4 tsp Pine nuts

Instructions

  • On a bed of arugula place the tomatoes and onions. Season with a pinch of salt. Dress the salad right before serving and top with pine nuts.
