Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard more if desired
  • 1/2 loaf French bread cut in half, about 6 inch piece per portion
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Red onion
  • 2 Pickles sliced into rounds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven broiler on low.
  • Spread the mustard onto the bread. Layer with spinach, tomato, turkey, cheese, and red onion. Place on a baking sheet and under the broiler until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Serve with pickles.
