Ingredients
- 2 tsp Mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Dried apricots
- 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
- 2 tsp Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Whisk the mascarpone and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- Add the honey, apricots, walnuts to a nonstick pan on medium heat. Bring to a low simmer to soften the apricots and candy the walnuts. Then set aside to cool.
- Portion and top with mascarpone. Drizzle with caramel.
