Ingredients

  • 2 Apples red delicious (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 2 Banana sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups Coconut milk sub almond milk or your choice of milk
  • 1 TBSP Maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • Pinch Ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to thin it out to a smoother consistency or add volume. Garnish with dusted cinnamon on top.
  • Serve in a glass or to-go cup.
