Ingredients
- 8 oz Breakfast sausage links
- 1/4 cup Shredded coconut lightly toasted
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Apples diced small
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the sausage links on a baking sheet and cook to an internal temperature of 150 degrees using a thermometer and nicely browned.
- Place the coconut in a saucepan on medium heat. Saute until light golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Place the oats and milk in a saucepan over medium low heat. Cook the oatmeal according to the instructions on the package. Once tender stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
- Portion the oatmeal, top with apple, toasted coconut, and raisins. Garnish with cinnamon. Serve with sausage.
