Ingredients

Cucumber Water

  • ½ Cucumber sliced
  • 24 oz Water cold

Hummus Wrap

  • 2 large Tortilla wraps (whole wheat or preferred type)
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 large Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 Avocado ripe, sliced
  • 6 slices Parmesan cheese block

Cheese and Crackers

  • 12 Crackers
  • 12 slices Your choice of cheese (e.g., Cheddar, Brie, specialty)

Mango

  • 1 cup Mango sliced

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • In a pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber and cold water. Refrigerate to infuse until ready to serve.
  • Spread the hummus evenly over each tortilla wrap, covering the surface completely.
  • Layer the shredded carrots, cucumber slices, tomato slices, arugula, avocado slices, and parmesan.
  • Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll up tightly. Slice in half for serving.
  • Serve with cheese, crackers, mango, and cucumber water for a fresh, balanced meal.
