Ingredients
Hummus Wrap
- 2 large Tortilla wraps (whole wheat or preferred type)
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 1 Avocado ripe, sliced
- 6 slices Parmesan cheese wedge slices
- 1 cup Arugula
- 2 Pickle spears
- 2 oz BBQ potato chips
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar or to taste
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients as listed.
- Spread hummus on the tortilla wrap, covering the surface.
- Layer carrots, cucumber slices, tomato slices, avocado slices, parmesan and arugula.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half.
- Mix lemon juice, water, and sugar together in a pitcher or jar until dissolved. Serve over ice if desired.
- Serve the wrap with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
