Ingredients
Turkey Wraps
- 2 large Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
- 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
Sides
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lemon Sparkling Water
- 16 oz Sparkling water
- 2 slices Lemon
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as instructed.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the wrap.
- Layer with arugula, Tomato slices, deli turkey, provolone cheese, drizzle with oil, red onion, pepperoncini, sliced avocado. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a secure wrap. Slice in half if desired.
- Pour the sparkling water into a glass, add lemon slices, and serve chilled. Add ice if desired.
- Serve the turkey wraps with potato chips and lemon sparkling water.
