Ingredients
Turkey Wrap
- 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps burrito size
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp Dried oregano
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 Avocado sliced
Side
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lemon Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface and spread mayonnaise evenly over each wrap.
- Layer the wraps with arugula and tomato. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Add deli turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini, and sliced avocado.
- Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly to close.
- Combine sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds in a glass. Stir well, allow the chia seeds to hydrate briefly, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Serve the turkey wrap with potato chips and lemon chia sparkling water.
