Ingredients
Turkey Wrap
- 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps burrito size
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Extra-virgin Olive oil for drizzling
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp Dried oregano
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 Avocado sliced
Side
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lemon Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla wrap.
- Layer with arugula, tomato slices season with salt, black pepper, and oregano, deli turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini, and sliced avocado.
- Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly. Cut in half.
- Combine sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir well, let rest briefly, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Serve the turkey wrap with chips and lemon chia sparkling water.
