Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1 ripe Avocado sliced
  • 1 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Slice cucumber, onion, avocado, and tomato. Slice the pepperoncini peppers and set them aside.
  • Toast the Bread: Toast the bread until lightly golden and crispy.
  • Assemble the Sandwich: Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. On one slice, layer arugula, spinach, tomato drizzled with olive oil, turkey, provolone cheese, cucumber, onion, pepperoncini and avocado.
  • Finish the Sandwich: Top with the second slice of bread, mayo-side down. Press gently to secure the sandwich, then slice in half.
  • Prepare the Lemonade: In a pitcher, combine fresh squeezed lemon juice, water, and sugar to taste. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Serve: Serve the turkey sandwich with 2 oz of potato chips and the homemade lemonade over ice if desired. Enjoy!
