Ingredients
Sandwich
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 1/2 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 ripe Avocado sliced
- 1 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 oz Potato chips
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice cucumber, onion, avocado, and tomato. Slice the pepperoncini peppers and set them aside.
- Toast the Bread: Toast the bread until lightly golden and crispy.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. On one slice, layer arugula, spinach, tomato drizzled with olive oil, turkey, provolone cheese, cucumber, onion, pepperoncini and avocado.
- Finish the Sandwich: Top with the second slice of bread, mayo-side down. Press gently to secure the sandwich, then slice in half.
- Prepare the Lemonade: In a pitcher, combine fresh squeezed lemon juice, water, and sugar to taste. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Serve: Serve the turkey sandwich with 2 oz of potato chips and the homemade lemonade over ice if desired. Enjoy!
