Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prep the Ingredients: Slice the avocado, cucumber, onion, tomato, and prepare the remaining sandwich ingredients.
  • Toast the Bread: Lightly toast the slices of sourdough bread.
  • Assemble the Sandwich: Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. On one slice, layer arugula, spinach, tomato, turkey, provolone cheese, cucumber, onion, and pepperoncini. Place sliced avocado on top of the veggies.
  • Finish the Sandwich: Top with the second slice of bread, mayo-side down. Press gently to secure the sandwich, then slice in half.
  • Prepare the Lemonade: Mix lemon juice, water, and sugar to taste. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve: Serve the sandwich with homemade lemonade.
