Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1 ripe Avocado sliced
  • 1 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with arugula, spinach, tomato, turkey, provolone cheese, cucumber, onion, and pepperoncini. Place the sliced avocado on top of the veggies.
  • Top with the second slice of bread, mayo-side down. Press gently to secure the sandwich, then slice in half.
  • For the lemonade, mix the lemon, water, and sugar to taste. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the turkey sandwich with potato chips and homemade lemonade. Enjoy!
