Ingredients
Soft-Boiled Eggs
- 4 cups Water
- 2 Eggs
Coffee

- Creamer optional
Tropical Protein Bowls
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (2% recommended)
- 1 cup Mango diced
- 1 cup Pineapple diced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 TBSP Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 TBSP Pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Bring a small pot of water to a gentle boil. Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water. Boil for 6 minutes. Transfer immediately to cold water and cool for 2–3 minutes. Peel when cool enough to handle.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Portion the Greek yogurt. Top with mango, pineapple, chia seeds, coconut flakes and pumpkin seeds.
- Serve the bowl alongside a soft-boiled egg and coffee.
