Ingredients
Strawberry Oat Milk Smoothie
- 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1½ cups Oat milk cold
- 1 TBSP Maple syrup
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Ice optional
Half Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese
- 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
- 4 TBSP Vegetable cream cheese
Fruit
- 1 cup Fresh fruit e.g. mango chunks, banana, or blueberries
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
- Prepare the bagel: Toast the bagel. Spread vegetable cream cheese evenly on each half and place on serving plates.
- Make the smoothie: In a blender, combine all the ingredients and ice if using. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 45–60 seconds. Adjust sweetness and consistency as needed.
- Serve the bagel with fresh fruit and strawberry oat milk smoothie.
