Ingredients

Strawberry Oat Milk Smoothie

  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • cups Oat milk cold
  • 1 TBSP Maple syrup
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Ice optional

Half Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
  • 4 TBSP Vegetable cream cheese

Fruit

  • 1 cup Fresh fruit e.g. mango chunks, banana, or blueberries

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
  • Prepare the bagel: Toast the bagel. Spread vegetable cream cheese evenly on each half and place on serving plates.
  • Make the smoothie: In a blender, combine all the ingredients and ice if using. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 45–60 seconds. Adjust sweetness and consistency as needed.
  • Serve the bagel with fresh fruit and strawberry oat milk smoothie.
