Ingredients

Strawberry Oat Milk Smoothie

  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen hulled
  • 3 cups Oat milk cold
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP Maple syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Ice cubes optional

Cream Cheese Bagel

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
  • 2 TBSP Vegetable cream cheese

Fruit

  • 1 cup Fresh fruit washed and prepared as needed e.g. sliced banana sliced apple or blueberries

Instructions

  • Toast the bagel: Slice the bagel and toast it to your preferred level of crispiness.
  • Prepare the smoothie: In a blender, add strawberries, oat milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, ice cubes (if using). Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more maple syrup or oat milk as needed.
  • Assemble the plate: Spread the toasted bagel halves with veggie cream cheese.
  • Serve: Plate the bagel with fresh fruit and smoothie.
