Ingredients

Rooibos Tea

  • 2 Rooibos tea bags or 1 tsp loose-leaf rooibos tea per bag
  • 2 cups Water

Eggs

  • 2 tsp Butter or oil for cooking eggs
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Divine Dish Cacao Superfood Smoothie

  • 3 cups Milk your choice
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Dates pitted
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • ½ tsp Maca powder optional
  • 2 tsp Goji berries optional, soaked and drained
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • Boil water for the tea. Remove from heat and steep rooibos tea bags for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack in the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook to the desired doneness. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  • Add milk to a blender, followed by the banana, date, peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, maca powder if using.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Adjust consistency with additional milk or ice if desired, then blend briefly.
  • Finish with goji berries and bee pollen if using. Serve with eggs and rooibos tea.
