Prepare all ingredients as listed.
Boil water for the tea. Remove from heat and steep rooibos tea bags for 5 to 7 minutes.
Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack in the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook to the desired doneness. Remove from heat and keep warm.
Add milk to a blender, followed by the banana, date, peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, maca powder if using.
Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Adjust consistency with additional milk or ice if desired, then blend briefly.
Finish with goji berries and bee pollen if using. Serve with eggs and rooibos tea.
