Ingredients

Sausage Egg and Cheese Wrap

  • 2 Breakfast sausage patties or 2 links, split and flattened
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Flour tortillas large
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese or American
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 TBSP Butter or oil for cooking eggs

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Cook the Sausage: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  • Cook the Eggs: In the same skillet, heat butter or oil. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until whites are set but yolks remain runny. Flip gently and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Place a sausage patty in the center of each. Add a slice of cheese over the sausage. Top with an over-easy egg.
  • Wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly.
  • Serve: Pour orange juice into glasses. Serve wraps immediately and enjoy your breakfast.
