Ingredients

Strawberry Milk

  • 2 TBSP Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 cups Oat milk
  • 2 cups Strawberries frozen
  • 3 TBSP Honey or agave nectar adjust to taste

Raisin Bran Cereal

  • 1 cup Raisin Bran cereal
  • 1 cup Your choice of milk
  • 1 Banana peeled and sliced

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients: Measure out all ingredients. Slice the banana.
  • In a small bowl or jar, stir the chia seeds into the water and let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow them to bloom. This improves texture and nutrient absorption.
  • Blend the Strawberry Mix: Add the chia seeds/water, oat milk, frozen strawberries and honey or agave into a blender. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. Add more oat milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
  • Portion the Raisin Bran cereal. Pour milk over each and top with banana slices.
  • Serve the cereal bowls with the strawberry milk on the side. Enjoy your breakfast!
