Prepare the ingredients: Measure out all ingredients. Slice the banana.
In a small bowl or jar, stir the chia seeds into the water and let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow them to bloom. This improves texture and nutrient absorption.
Blend the Strawberry Mix: Add the chia seeds/water, oat milk, frozen strawberries and honey or agave into a blender. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. Add more oat milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
Portion the Raisin Bran cereal. Pour milk over each and top with banana slices.
Serve the cereal bowls with the strawberry milk on the side. Enjoy your breakfast!
