Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
 - 2 Bananas frozen if preferred
 - 1 cup Rolled oats
 - 1 TBSP Cacao powder
 - 2 TBSP Honey or to taste
 - 2 cups Your choice of Milk
 
Instructions
Prep the Ingredients:
- If using fresh bananas, peel and slice them. If using frozen bananas, simply measure them out.
 
Blend the Smoothie:
- Add peanut butter, bananas, rolled oats, cacao powder, honey, and milk to a blender.
 - If using fresh bananas, add ice for a chilled smoothie.
 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
 
Adjust Consistency:
- For a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again until your desired consistency is reached.
 
Taste and Sweeten:
- Taste the smoothie and add more honey if desired. Blend briefly to incorporate.
 
Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
