Peanut Butter Banana Oat Cacao Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 2 Bananas frozen if preferred
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 2 TBSP Honey or to taste
  • 2 cups Your choice of Milk

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients:

  • If using fresh bananas, peel and slice them. If using frozen bananas, simply measure them out.

Blend the Smoothie:

  • Add peanut butter, bananas, rolled oats, cacao powder, honey, and milk to a blender.
  • If using fresh bananas, add ice for a chilled smoothie.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Consistency:

  • For a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again until your desired consistency is reached.

Taste and Sweeten:

  • Taste the smoothie and add more honey if desired. Blend briefly to incorporate.

Serve:

  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
