Smoothie
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 2 Bananas frozen if preferred
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- 2 TBSP Honey or to taste
- 2 cups Your choice of Milk
Blend the Smoothie:
Add peanut butter, bananas, rolled oats, cacao powder, honey, and milk to a blender.
If using fresh bananas, add ice for a chilled smoothie.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
