Ingredients
Soft-Boiled Eggs
- 2 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Oatmeal
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 Banana sliced
- 2 TBSP Dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cup Milk or water
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice cold
Instructions
- Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs into the water and reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Cook for 6 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 2 minutes to stop the cooking process.
- Peel the eggs carefully, season with salt and black pepper, and set aside.
- In a small pot, combine rolled oats and milk or water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and creamy (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until fully incorporated.
- Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Top each with banana slices and a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips. The chocolate will melt into the warm oats, creating a creamy texture.
- Serve the oatmeal alongside the soft-boiled eggs and two glasses of cold orange juice. Enjoy your nutritious breakfast!
