Ingredients

Soft-Boiled Eggs

  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Oatmeal

  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 2 TBSP Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cup Milk or water

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs into the water and reduce the heat to a simmer.
  • Cook for 6 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 2 minutes to stop the cooking process.
  • Peel the eggs carefully, season with salt and black pepper, and set aside.
  • In a small pot, combine rolled oats and milk or water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and creamy (about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Top each with banana slices and a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips. The chocolate will melt into the warm oats, creating a creamy texture.
  • Serve the oatmeal alongside the soft-boiled eggs and two glasses of cold orange juice. Enjoy your nutritious breakfast!
