Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 Bananas frozen if preferred
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • ½ tsp Maca powder optional
  • 2 TBSP Honey or to taste
  • 2 cups Milk your choice

Fruit

  • 1 cup Mixed fruit e.g., orange slices, raspberries, blueberries

Instructions

  • Prepare ingredients: If using fresh bananas, peel and slice them. Wash and prep the mixed fruit and divide into two serving bowls. Set aside.
  • Blend the smoothie: In a blender, combine peanut butter, bananas, rolled oats, cacao powder, maca powder (if using), honey, and milk. If using fresh bananas, add a few ice cubes for a colder smoothie. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency: Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or additional ice for a thicker texture. Blend again briefly if adjusting.
  • Taste and sweeten: Taste and add more honey if desired. Blend once more to combine.
  • Serve: Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Serve immediately with the bowl of fruit on the side.
