Blend the smoothie: In a blender, combine peanut butter, bananas, rolled oats, cacao powder, maca powder (if using), honey, and milk. If using fresh bananas, add a few ice cubes for a colder smoothie. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency: Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or additional ice for a thicker texture. Blend again briefly if adjusting.
Taste and sweeten: Taste and add more honey if desired. Blend once more to combine.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Serve immediately with the bowl of fruit on the side.
