PB&J on Whole Grain
- 4 slices Whole wheat bread
- 3 TBSP Peanut butter
- 3 TBSP Strawberry jelly
Carrots and Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/3 cup Hummus
Apples and Cheese
- 1 Apple sliced
- 1 oz Your choice of block cheese sliced
Milk
- 2 cups Milk chilled
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as instructed.
- Place the wheat bread slices on a clean surface. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and jelly on another slice. Press the slices together to form a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining bread, peanut butter, and jelly.
- Serve the peanut butter and jelly sandwich with carrots and hummus, apples and cheese, and milk.
