Ingredients
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz water
- 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
- Ice cubes
Jambon Beurre Sandwich
- 4 oz Brie cheese cut into pieces
- 2 TBSP Butter softened
- 1 TBSP Fresh chives minced
- 1 TBSP Fresh parsley minced
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/2 TBSP Lemon juice
- 1/2 French baguette cut into 6-inch pieces and sliced in half horizontally
- 6 oz Deli ham thinly sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Let brie cheese sit at room temperature to soften.
- In a bowl, mix butter, fresh chives, fresh parsley, Dijon mustard, and grated garlic. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss arugula with lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread the herb butter mixture on the bottom half of the French baguette. Layer with deli ham and brie cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Top with arugula and cover with the top half of the baguette.
- Mix all ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
- Enjoy the jambon beurre sandwich with potato chips, pickle spears, and homemade lemonade.
