Ingredients
Jambon Beurre Sandwich
- 2 Sub rolls or French baguette pieces (6-inch)
- 2 TBSP Butter softened
- 1 TBSP Fresh chives minced
- 1 TBSP Fresh parsley minced
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ TBSP Lemon juice
- 1 cup Arugula
- 6 oz Deli ham thinly sliced
- 2 oz Brie cheese cut into pieces
Carrots and Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks (or baby carrots)
- ½ cup Hummus
Sliced Pear
- 1 Pear ripe, washed, and sliced
Lemon Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, chives, parsley, Dijon mustard, and grated garlic until well combined, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl, toss the arugula with the lemon juice and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Slice the rolls and spread the herb butter mixture evenly on the inside of each roll.
- Layer the deli ham, Brie cheese, and dressed arugula inside the rolls to assemble the jambon beurre sandwiches.
- In a pitcher or large glass, combine the sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds, stirring well, then let sit for 2–3 minutes and stir again to prevent clumping.
- Serve the sandwiches with carrot sticks, hummus, sliced pear, and the lemon chia sparkling water.
