Ingredients

Italian Sub

  • 2 Sub rolls
  • Italian dressing
  • 1 cup Lettuce washed and shredded
  • 1 Tomato thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • 3 oz Deli ham
  • 3 oz Deli salami
  • 3 oz Capicola sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Banana peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch-long sticks
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing

Lemon Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Assemble Italian Subs: Cut the Italian sub roll in half lengthwise without completely splitting it open. Drizzle with italian dressing inside both halves.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano, ham, salami, and capicola, provolone cheese, red onion, and peppers. Drizzle with more Italian dressing optional. Cut in half if preferred.
  • Mix the ingredients together for the sparkling lemon water. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve Italian sub with carrots and ranch and lemon sparkling water.
