Ingredients
Ham & Brie Sandwich
- 4 slices Whole grain bread
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Arugula
- 6 oz Deli ham
- 4 oz Brie cheese thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- ½ cup Hummus
- 2 Pickle spears
Orange Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Orange sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Slice the Brie and let it sit out at room temperature to soften.
- Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
- If desired, toast the whole grain bread until lightly golden, then allow it to cool slightly.
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer arugula, deli ham, and Brie cheese over the mustard.
- Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices, mustard side down.
- Combine the sparkling water, orange slices, and chia seeds. Stir thoroughly and let sit for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve the sandwich with carrots, hummus, pickle spears, and orange chia sparkling water.
