Ingredients

Brie Ham Dijon & Arugula on Whole Grain

  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 4 oz Brie cheese thinly sliced
  • 6 oz Deli ham silced
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 Pickle spears for serving

Carrots & Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks (or baby carrots)
  • ½ cup Hummus

Orange Chia Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Orange sliced
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Optional: Toast the bread.
  • Spread Dijon mustard evenly over one side of each slice.
  • Layer with arugula, brie, and ham.
  • Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices, mustard side down, and press gently to set.
  • Combine the sparkling water, orange slices and chia seeds. Stir thoroughly, let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Serve the sandwich with carrots, hummus, pickle, and orange chia sparkling water.
