Ingredients
Grilled Burger
- 8 oz Ground beef
- 1/2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 Hamburger buns lightly toasted
- 2 slices Your choice of cheese
- 4 leaves Butter lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 slices Red onion thinly sliced
Sauce
- 2 TBSP Ketchup
- 1 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Mustard
Grilled Corn
- 2 ears Corn on the cob shucked
- 2 tsp Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
Mango Lassi
- 1 cup Frozen mango
- 1/4 cup Plain yogurt
- 3 cups Milk
- 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom
- 1 TBSP Sugar or to taste
Watermelon
- 4 slices Watermelon
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as described in the list above.
- Make burger patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into equal-sized burger patties.
- Make the sauce: mix together ingredients until combined. Set aside.
- Grill the corn: Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the corn on all sides until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Spread with butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the burgers: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill each patty for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until the desired doneness is reached.
- Add cheese (optional): Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt while the burger finishes cooking.
- Toast the buns (optional): Place the hamburger buns cut side-down on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers: Spread sauce on the buns. Layer the bottom half of each bun with butter lettuce, tomato slices, grilled beef patty, and red onion. Top with the remaining bun halves.
- Make the mango lassi: In a blender, combine frozen mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
- Serve the grilled burgers alongside grilled corn, watermelon, and mango lassi.
